BHM2987 ROYAL ENGINEERS PRIZE MEDAL Very rare in fact the only one that I have ever seen. Normally prize medals especially those struck in bronze were carelessly handled and improperly stored and because they were in base metal eventually tossed. The medal is absolutely pristine and I have little doubt that this could be one of the finest known. FDC
