BHM 184 Medical Society of London Instituted. Nicely toned with reflective fields imparting a slight cameo to the design especially on the reverse. In an NGC holder incredibly labeled as a silver medal of 1837 commemorating Princess Victoria as heir to the British throne. Although the bronze example pops up now and then at auction the medal is very rare in silver with no auction appearances this century. If not the finest known, it is certainly amoung the finest.
