S3524/E1538/Bull1288 Norwich mint, a very scarce one year type. First bust, early harp, large crowns. Heavy metal flow lines at the top of the obverse and reverse indicating that this coin was scraped by some mechanical force during manufacture, possibly upon ejection from the press.
