S3940 Lite toning. First year of this type and a nice original coin. Crisp strike. Satin lustre with gold toning at the edges, no bagmarks, but a carbon spot on the obverse keeps this from attaining a higher grade.  EX Glendining Sale 07/28/1999 Lot 300 Part   NGC MS62
