S3900 Brilliant mint state with an above average strike for this issue. I consider the Gothic designs on these coins to be the finest in the entire English series.  The highest graded of this date by NGC (along with five others), PCGS has one graded higher an MS65 which recently sold at a Heritage auction for $2400.   NGC MS64
